The Backyard

One of the best features of the Chalet Nantégué is its very own park in the garden.

First started 6 years ago the ‘backyard’ has grown ever since and has become infamous in Morzine. Everyone in the chalet gets a chance to come up with ideas to build and improve the park, and it can be used by riders of all levels. A steep bank in the garden provides a perfect natural run, and the outdoor lighting means it can be, and regularly is, ridden late into the night often while enjoying winter barbeques.

In the first winter a small spine was built, since then hand made rails and boxes have been added as well as outdoor lighting, and last year a quarter pipe was built too. Even now we have our own wall ride.

Every year weather permitting the back yard jam is held were 100's of people come to ride, spectate or party into the small hours..

This year the team have been hard at work in the garden with new jibs constructed and ready for the next snowfall..
